- A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful completion of the checkout process.
- You may receive a call from Pandora’s Temptation to confirm your order..
- All orders for in stock items received from Monday through Friday before 2:00PM will be shipped out the next day. All orders received after 2:00PM on Friday through Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday. If the items are out of stock, it usually takes 2-3 weeks for delivery. We will ship in stock items first and then ship out of stock items without additional shipping cost. Exception applies to the National Holidays and the special circumstances.
- Cancellation of order: The cancellation request on orders which are packaged or package/shipped will incur 10% restocking charge (plus shipping cost if applicable).

- Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
- The colours and sizes shown on the products may vary on your computer system.
3. Minimum Purchase and Discount Policy
- 10% Discount applies on 3 items or more
- Minimum purchase for an International Order is $500.00 plus shipping.

- Upon receiving order, your credit card will be processed for pre-authorization.
- The orders with declined credit card on pre-authorization: (1) The email will be sent out to notify the customer. (2) The order will be cancelled unless we receive the valid credit card information within 48 hours of our notification.
- Australia Post is the primary delivery service for domestic and international shipments.
- DHL is an optional delivery service for shipments to Europe & the US. If insurance is requested by Purchaser- this must be stated at time of order- additional charges will apply.
- Australia Post Service International Parcel is also available for lower shipping costs for international order.
- The minimum Postage/handling charge is $ 12.00 Australia Wide. Over 3kg- additional charges apply.
- The Purchaser has the option to request insurance on Items being sent through Australia Post- this must be stated at time of order- additional charges will apply.
6. Sales Tax
- G.S.T. Sales tax is included on all transactions.
7. Return Policy
- We try to visually check against damage or defects prior to the shipping, however, if you find a problem with our merchandise please refer to the following guidelines.
- We will issue a refund for defective or damaged merchandise including your return shipping cost (regular Australia Post mail only).
- There will be a 10% restocking charge on returned merchandise that is neither damaged nor defective. The original shipping charge is not refundable.
- All sales are final on promotional and sales items.
- All returns must be in original condition including damaged or defective items.
- We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. Australia Post excludes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation.
